Start in Aarama.
Bring left leg to meet right leg and bring arms straight by your side.
With a jump, spread legs out keeping the distance approximately the length of your leg. Toes facing forward, feet almost parallel.
At the same time, cross arms out in front of you (towards Naabhi) right hand over left hand and pull them back onto your waist with your hands in a fist and elbows pushed in towards each other.
