Meaning:
A lion, which is hungry and wants to eat, cannot just sleep with its mouth open and expect that animals would come and enter its mouth automatically. The lion has to hunt for its animals and do its hard work to get its share of food.
Similarly, we should work hard to reach our goals. Just day-dreaming about them would not help us. Coming to the Shakha and learning that our great values of Hindu Dharma exists, doesn’t take us anywhere. We have turn those values into our thoughts, make them as habits, put them into actions; only then we can achieve our goal of stronger, healthy society and paying tributes to mother earth.
